As a Clinical Nutritionist I help you to improve your health and symptoms by thoroughly assessing your health situation, analysing test results and ordering more if required, followed by strategising evidenced-based ways to address underlying health issues or "drivers" of inflammation, pain, gut issues, hormone imbalances, fatigue, burnout and more.

Initial Consultations
​
The first consultation runs for 60mins. You will receive an intake form when you book your consultation that must be completed at least 48hrs prior to your appointment to avoid rescheduling. Please upload any recent blood test results also. Receiving these back allows me to start working on your case putting together the puzzle pieces before seeing you.
During the consultation ​we go through your case history in detail to work out how you got to where you are with your health. We also discuss any relevant test results, dietary intake, current lifestyle, and assess for nutrient deficiencies contributing to your health complaint.

After the consultation, I will determine if additional testing is required and provide referrals as needed. I will then formulate an achievable prescription for dietary and lifestyle advice until our next appointment and provide nutrient prescriptions as required.

Follow Up Consultations
​
​Follow up consultations run for 45mins. In between your initial consultation and follow up, I spend time researching your case and report back to you with findings in the follow up appointment. If your case is quite complex, the follow up might involve more information gathering prior to laying out a treatment to focus on.

I then amend your treatment plan accordingly, tweaking dietary and lifestyle advice as best suited to address the underlying cause for your health complaint. Additional 30min follow up consultations, we continue to review your treatment plan progress, supplementation, testing and dietary / lifestyle changes.

I support you through the process, coaching you through any road blocks or difficulties, and celebrating all successes.

Acute Consultations ​
​
These consultations run for 15mins and are an inexpensive way for you to get quick advice for an "acute" illness. This includes things like colds, flu's, sprains, strains, endo flare up's, or anything that has popped up out of nowhere. We quickly assess what is happening, check any current medications and can prescribe nutraceuticals to support your situation.

During your consultation we chat and work out your individualised health treatment strategy. It usually takes a few consults to start gaining traction, although sometimes results can happen promptly! Every case is unique, therefore results and duration of treatment may dependent upon the complexity of your health situation.

BLOOD TEST INTERPRETATION
30 mins
Blood test consults run for 30mins, involving detailed interpretation of results and strategies to address any dysfunction. Blood test consults can be booked without an initial consult however will be focussed on tests specifically. Please send through your test results 48hrs prior to your appointment.

This consultation package is for those who are ready to make changes. Most clients do work with me for this period of time anyhow, but by investing in a package, you benefit by not only receiving a 10% discount overall, however, you have consistent support from me to help motivate you and make adjustments to your treatment plans and prescription nutrients as required along the way. Consultations will be conducted fortnightly to ensure you are keeping on track.
