As a Clinical Nutritionist, I am dedicated to providing you with professional nutritional treatment strategies. Nonetheless, there are times when the services you need for your health are outside of my scope of practice. In these cases, I will refer you to a suitable health professional, such as a primary care practitioner, counsellor, psychologist, remedial therapist, physiotherapist, or osteopath.
 

SUITABILITY

 

My services offered are for people who are interested are ready to improve their health and are motivated to make changes to their lifestyle and diet. I work with clients to make small, incremental, and sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle, and we can move as slowly as the client likes. But if you are not ready for change, or have significant emotional challenges which are affecting your ability to enact change, I am happy to help you identify and accept this is where you are at and recommend another practitioner who can help you work through this.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

I will always strive to provide you with the best nutritional care possible. However, I require you to provide me with accurate information about your health, so I can offer you the most appropriate care to obtain achievable results. You must provide me with full and accurate information about your diagnosed medical conditions, medications, or supplements, known allergies and intolerances, so I can ensure safety of treatment and check for contraindications between supplements, foods and medications.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition recognises and follows the requirements of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. The Privacy and Confidentiality Policy ensures security and safety of all personal details of clients in clinic, and online. Breaches of Privacy will not be accepted by this business. Client information and data will not be shared, discussed, or acknowledged outside of consultations, and all online information will be protected. PAYMENT TERMS

 

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

 

If you purchase a service or product from Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition, we collect certain data to process your purchase. Payment and billing data will be directly accepted and stored by our third-party processing partners, although is not limited to your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address and postcode. Please ensure you read their respective privacy policies on their websites. We do not store your credit card details here at Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition. 
 

I am not registered for GST, therefore my prices do not include GST. If this changes in future, GST will be noted on your purchase invoice.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

 

For online consultations, payment is to be taken at the time of booking via Stripe. Any supplements must be paid for at the end of the online consultation via Stripe. 
 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

SHIPPING

 

When products are purchased from my clinic dispensary during an online consultation, I can arrange postage to you at extra cost via Australia Post, which will be added to your invoice. 

 

DELIVERY OF SERVICES 

 

All online consultations will take place via Zoom. You may visit their website to obtain information about privacy and security. When you book an appointment, you will be notified via your nominated email address. Please check your junk mail if you have not received an email and contact us if a resend of information is required. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or to reschedule your appointment.

 

Late reschedules and no-show appointments will result in the forfeiting of 50% of your payment. Cancellations and No-Show’s will result in 100% forfeiting of your paid fee. This information will be provided on your confirmation email.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

CHANGE OF MIND

 

There is no refund for change of mind, but if you are unsatisfied with the consultation or it has not met your expectations, then please contact me to discuss.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES 

 

From time-to-time technical issues may arise when working together such as poor internet connectivity, software and hardware damages, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this is to occur I will contact you to reschedule the appointment. If this occurs during a consultation, the consult may be moved to another technology such as Zoom consult to telephone Consultation. 

 

If this is not practicable, the remaining consultation time may need to be rescheduled to another date/time that suits both parties. 

If I am unwell and am unable to conduct your consultation, I will aim to give you 24 hours’ notice, but when this is not possible, I may request via text, email or phone to reschedule the appointment last minute. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice via email or telephone call. 

 

If you find yourself unexpectedly unwell on the day of your consult, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation of consultations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations which are received within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation or event, will incur 50% of the total fee. Failure to attend a consultation or event will result in booking forfeit and 100% of the fee. If unforeseen circumstances arise, and Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition are unable to proceed with the appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

This policy is in place to ensure consistency in booking processes. As we strongly value your time, we appreciate a mutual value for our time and the time of other clients.  If you would like to discuss or dispute a cancellation, please contact us to discuss further.  

 

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

 

Re-scheduling appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to achieve this will incur 50% of the fee, at the discretion of Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition. Failure to attend will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.

 

CLIENT INTAKE FORMS

 

An intake form will be emailed to the you at the time of booking. We kindly request you complete and return the form 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If the intake form is not received prior to the scheduled appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Access to the initial consultation intake form can be found on a link in your booking confirmation email.

 

ALLERGIES

 

It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies, intolerances or reactions you have experienced previously prior to the initial consultation. If you experience an unexpected allergic reaction to a product prescribed by our clinic, you must notify us straight away. If you are experiencing life threatening symptoms (e.g. anaphylaxis) you must call 000 immediately.

 

ACHIEVING RESULTS

 

It is important to understand, while Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition aims to provide the best personalised nutritional treatment, Rebecca Issell, Endo Relief™, Bec Issell Health & Nutrition and employees of the business assume no responsibility or guarantees with regards to your clinical outcomes.

 

SPECIFIC TERMS OF SALE

 

Any products prescribed are intended for you only. You must not give any of your prescribed products to family members or friends. I encourage all individuals to seek advice from a qualified health professional prior to any self-prescription to ensure safety and efficacy.

 

VISITOR INFORMATION 

 

All communications with Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition across social media and online platforms and our website must be courteous and respectful towards myself and others. Failure to do so may result in comments being removed, your account being blocked, removed as a follower, or even attract lawful intervention if deemed necessary. Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition have a zero-tolerance policy for behaviours and activities including but not limited to racism, discrimination or spamming.

 

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

 

From time to time, I will post articles that contain information provided from other people in the industry. This content represents their opinion, not mine. A link will be provided to their site so you will be able to review their terms and conditions for content.

I may use affiliate links in my content from time to time. However, I never affiliate for anyone who I haven’t personally used and/or seen success with my current clients. I will only share affiliate links to services and products that I love and would recommend to anyone.  

 

LIABILITY

These items are created with general advice and consultation with your health practitioner must be actioned prior to implementing any advice or nutrients. 

 

JURISDICTION

 

Rebecca Issell of Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition are located in Queensland, Australia. This agreement is subject to the governing state laws of Queensland.

 

NEGOTIATION

 

If you have any issue or complaints arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Rebecca Issell agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.

 

MEDIATION

 

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, the parties must proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of the parties. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, by a person appointed by the Chair of Resolution Institute, (ACN 008 651 232, Level 2, 13-15 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000; telephone: (02) 9251 3366) or the Chair’s designated representative. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.

 

LITIGATION

 

Going to court over any disagreement should only be considered as a last resort. It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Going to court may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
