Store Returns & Shipping
What is our Returns Policy?
At Endo Relief™ and Bec Issell Health & Nutrition we want to make your online shopping experience in our online store as easy as possible. We are happy to provide a refund for any items that are unopened, unused, in original packaging, in same condition that you received it, within 30 days of purchase. These items also must not have been marked as, "Short Expiry", "Last Chance" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase (unless faulty). Any items that are excluded will be clearly marked on the product page and/or at checkout. Please note that for returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as intimate products, sanitary products, sexual health products, face protection products, underwear or any other intimate products.
In addition to the aforesaid products, additional non-returnable items are:

Supplements or functional food items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Allergic Reactions
If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product you have received from us, please discontinue use immediately, take a photo of the reaction if possible and send to us.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about an item purchased, we will need to receive it back to us in the same condition as it was delivered to you, as stated under “what is our return’s policy”. As previously mentioned, shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Faulty Products
If you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please make contact with us and describe what you believe the fault to be. Photos can help us too, please send them through to us.
Item Damaged on Arrival
Although our couriers make every attempt to not damage products, if you have received an item that is damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered so we can remedy the situation.
How to Return an Item
Please email orders at endorelief.com.au
Please include your: Name, Product Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Order Number, and Reason for Return. Include any photos of the product if this is applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or refund processed back onto your purchasing credit card within 2 weeks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipment of Returned Items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
General Shipping
All products, except for digital downloads, are limited to Australia-wide shipping. We do not post internationally, except in unique cases, by which you should contact us to discuss. Australia-wide shipping costs are $12.10 GST inclusive. Orders over $175 are free of shipping costs.
Orders are processed the same day if finalised by 10:00am and will be shipped within 24-hrs. Shipping can take 5-7 days depending on any delays with shipping companies due to covid and other things impacting delivery. Metro orders are faster and may arrive in 2-3 days.
If an item is out of stock with our supplier, we will contact you and advise of a restock date. At that point a refund can be issued or, if the item has a short delay, you may choose to wait for the delivery. Contact us at orders at endorelief.com.au if you have any questions.
