After a lot of hard work, finally my Healthy Christmas Recipe eBook is live!

 

Christmas is one of my favourite times of year to celebrate and be grateful for my family. My son was also born in December, and Christmas day bring back so many fond memories anticipating his arrival. 

 

December is also a time of over indulgence leaving us feeling bloated, with reflux and indigestion, plus extra kilo's when January hits. It's all so fun at the time, but every year we regret it afterwards. But, it doesn't have to be all or nothing! We can find some balance even through the festive period. 

 

I designed this Healthy Christmas eBook to be a little bit naughty, but also quite nice...with recipes that are light, mostly simplistic, with clean ingredients. Most of the recipes are gluten and dairy free. Also, they have vegan and egg substitutes.

Most recipes can be frozen or made ahead of time. This eBook was designed with families in mind, and includes some cute and cozy baking recipes for during the christmas break.
