Below is a few idea's to help decrease symptoms related to endometriosis and even adenomyosis.

Therapeutic Tea’s
Tea's can be a great way to add antioxidants and help decrease the inflammation associated with endo. Some teas can also help to decrease heaviness of periods if this is a problem for you
Raspberry leaf tea to help support and tonify the uterine lining
Nettle tea as high antioxidant and for liver support
Lady’s mantle tea and shepherd’s purse for heavy bleeding
Schisandra tea for uterine health and hormones
Ginger tea to decrease nausea and inflammation and support digestive health
Lemon tea to support the liver and digestive health
Other Remedies
Hydrotherapy, using a warm shower head on different parts of the body that are in pain
Baths with magnesium chloride salts, ensuring you soak for at least 20-30 mins

Heat packs as needed when pain in intense, can also purchase wearable ones
